Overcoming Long Exposure Problems

In this video we head to the Lake District to take a long exposure photograph all the way from the concept in the field through to the final print. We have to decide which elements of the scene we want to freeze and where we want to caption motion. Using our knowledge of the exposure triangle this can easily be solved.

How to Use Light and Contrast to Improve Your Woodland Photography - Real World Shoot, Edit and Print

In this tutorial we take a trip to the Lake District to discover some of the beautiful Autumnal colours on offer around Thirlmere Lake. Woodland photography can be very difficult so when we are in a landscape seeking out the interesting light and contrast can really make our compositions easier to discover. We then head back to process the image and make the final print.
